Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using KeyMax Properties' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KeyMax Properties.
Our Services
KeyMax Properties provides professional construction and renovation services including:
- Residential construction and renovation
- Commercial construction and build-outs
- Design and architectural services
- Project management and consultation
- Maintenance and warranty services
All services are subject to separate written contracts that will supersede these general terms for specific projects.
Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals as specified in contracts
- Provide safe and accessible work environments
- Make timely payments according to agreed schedules
- Communicate changes or concerns promptly
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Payment Terms
Payment Schedule: Payments are due according to the schedule specified in individual project contracts, typically based on project milestones.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less.
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Processing fees may apply to credit card payments.
Disputes: Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date.
Warranties and Guarantees
Workmanship Warranty: We provide a one-year warranty on our workmanship from project completion date.
Materials: Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and passed through to clients.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, modifications by others, or acts of nature.
Warranty Claims: Must be reported in writing within the warranty period for evaluation and resolution.
Limitation of Liability
KeyMax Properties' total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the total contract value for the specific project in question.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control
- Pre-existing conditions not disclosed during project planning
- Changes in building codes or regulations after contract signing
Intellectual Property
Design Rights: Custom designs created by KeyMax Properties remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.
Use Rights: Clients receive usage rights for their specific project but cannot resell or distribute designs.
Photography: We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for marketing purposes unless client objects in writing.
Contract Termination
Client Termination: Clients may terminate contracts with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed and materials ordered.
Company Termination: We may terminate contracts for non-payment, breach of terms, or safety concerns with appropriate notice.
Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (weather, natural disasters, etc.).

SMS Terms

Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your phone number for third‑party marketing.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where services are performed. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate state courts.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
Entire Agreement: These terms, along with specific project contracts, constitute the entire agreement between parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable notice to existing clients.
